How Margo Current Affairs works

Step A: First time you use it

1. In the prompt box, tell Margo who you are and what exam you’re preparing for. For example: “I am a 2nd year BA student preparing for bank PO and SSC CGL.”
2. Click Generate / Update Brief. Margo creates a set of current affairs cards tailored to your exams.
3. If the cards don’t feel right, refine your prompt (e.g. “focus more on economy and polity”) and click Generate / Update Brief again.
4. Repeat this refinement a few times until the mix of topics feels right. After that, you rarely need to change the prompt.

Step B: Daily current affairs habit

1. Open Margo once a day. Do not touch the prompt most days.
2. Scan the cards to see the important exam-relevant updates for your context.
3. Tap a card to read the full article in reader view. Make notes in your notebook or app if needed.
4. Close the article, move on to the next card, and you’re done — no endless scrolling, no getting lost in general news.
5. Only when your situation changes (new exam, new focus) come back to the prompt, adjust it, and click Generate / Update Brief again.

Margo is designed for competitive exams where current affairs matters: UPSC, SSC, banking, railways, defence, state PSCs, and similar tests. Use it as your daily current affairs checkpoint, not as another time‑eating news app.
